1. Information We Collect

OffDay collects no personal information. The app does not require an account, email address, name, or any identifying information to function.

All data you enter — your rotation schedule, profession, start date, and settings — is stored locally on your device using your phone's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device.

2. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your Android device. We do not operate servers, databases, or cloud storage of any kind. Your data cannot be accessed by LeadzBay Labs, LeadzBay, or any third party.

If you delete the app, all associated data is removed from your device. We have no copy and no way to recover it.

3. Third-Party Services

OffDay uses the following third-party service:

• Google Play In-App Purchases — processes your one-time payment of $3.99. Payment data is handled entirely by Google. We receive confirmation that the purchase was made, but do not receive your payment card details.

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or any other third-party data collection.

4. iCal Export

OffDay allows you to export your rotation schedule as an iCal (.ics) file. This export is created locally on your device and shared via your phone's native share sheet. We do not see, store, or transmit the exported file. What you do with the exported file after sharing is governed by the app you share it to (e.g., Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook).

5. Permissions

OffDay requests only the permissions necessary for its features:

• Notifications — to deliver event reminders you set
• Biometric / Fingerprint — optional, used only if you enable app lock in Settings
• Exact Alarms + Boot Completed — so the home screen widget stays accurate across midnight rollover and device reboots
• Vibrate — for notification vibration patterns
• Billing — to process the one-time in-app purchase via Google Play

OffDay does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, storage, or any other sensitive permissions.

6. Children's Privacy

OffDay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because we collect no personal information from any user, this is not a concern in practice.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and note the changes in the Play Store release notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
