Overview

WellTestPro is a well test competency and training app built by LeadzBay Labs. This policy explains what data WellTestPro collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.

The short version: WellTestPro collects no personal data. All information stays on your device. There is no account system, no cloud sync, and no analytics.

Information we collect

WellTestPro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data — your progress, assessment scores, rank level, and settings — is stored locally on your device.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Location or GPS data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Your assessment results or competency scores

Local storage

All app data is stored in a local SQLite database on your Android device. This data is private to the WellTestPro app. It is not uploaded anywhere, not shared with any third party, and not accessible by LeadzBay Labs.

If you uninstall the app, all locally stored progress and data is permanently deleted from your device.

Third-party services

WellTestPro uses Google Play In-App Purchases for the one-time full unlock purchase. When you make a purchase, Google Play processes the transaction. Your payment information is handled entirely by Google. LeadzBay Labs does not receive or store your payment details. Google's privacy policy governs that transaction.

No other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services are included in the app.

Permissions

WellTestPro requests only the permissions necessary for its features:

• Storage — to save your progress and settings locally on your device
• Notifications — to send optional study reminders (Android 13+). You can decline this permission; the app functions normally without it.

WellTestPro does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, microphone, or any other sensitive permission.

Children's privacy

WellTestPro is a professional oilfield training tool not directed at children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no personal information from any user, children's data privacy is satisfied by design.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
